MADELEINE ALBRIGHT ON JOINING THE NATIONAL WOMEN'S HALL OF FAME

The following is an excerpt from the speech delivered by United States Secretary of State Madeleine Albright upon her induction into the National Women's Hall of Fame in July of this year.
