Communication gap?
Could communication between God and me
Be limited in any direction?
Could I be handicapped
Or left on my own,
Subject to random rejection?
Impossible! For as God's child—
His constant, cherished reflection—
I'm held intact
Surrounded by Love;
Nothing can break the connection.
With God everywhere, no void exists.
There's nothing to deflect His Word;
It's "on-line" now
For everyone—
No "downtime" has ever occurred.
When there seems a gap, I still watch, and pray
To follow what Jesus taught,
Until I hear
Truth's voice so near
Revealing the good God hath wrought ...
Then I see I was never out of touch,
And I'm blessed with a clearer perception
Of man's oneness with God,
Man's care in His love,
Expressing always God-given perfection.
