Being a good influence on the Internet
Hardly a day goes by without a mention of the Internet. At least one national magazine in the U.S. has a weekly section devoted to cyberspace, and thousands of businesses and organizations from newspapers to government agencies have sites on the World Wide Web.
One of those sites is The Main Quad, which was founded in 1995 by Mason Myers and Kevin Watters, two friends who met a Duke University (North Carolina) and received public policy degrees in 1993. Kevin, a Christian Scientist, talked to us about the genesis of the company and the lessons they have learned from working in this new and rapidly changing environment.
