"This way out"
It probably happens to most of us—we find ourselves in a situation that seems to have absolutely no way out. Perhaps we're locked into a sour business deal, committed to a miserable relationship, or sloshing in debt so deep that all we can see is red.
The human heart naturally yearns for freedom from the despair of what seem to be no-win situations. We want to find a reliable escape route, one that doesn't get us into more trouble. But sometimes our best efforts don't seem to do much good.
The Bible is full of hope for those who feel stuck in complicated or hopeless situations. It encourages trust in God for new views of freedom, and reassures us of His love and help. And the Scriptures contain wonderful illustrations of His healing power.
