Around 1900 someone gave my grandmother Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. Studying and listening to God in prayer, five generations in our family have since then experienced God's infinite goodness and power.

My grandmother and sister were both healed of appendicitis. As one of seven children I remember so many proofs of healing through prayer, including protection from contagion and sustenance in tough financial times.

Three of our children, when very young, were healed of eczema. Several times broken bones were healed quickly when specific hereditary deficiencies were denied any authority in God's realm. I learned that irritation and impatience are truly nonexistent in divine Love's presence.
