When my first husband passed on suddenly, leaving me with three very young daughters, I realized that I had to come to grips with myself if we were to survive. I cherished my Christian Science upbringing, but up to that time I had not practiced and studied Christian Science consistently.
The children experienced many quick healings as they were growing up, and God was our constant guide. I was able to take class instruction, and this certainly was a blessing to the whole family.
