My family was playing in the park
My family was playing in the park. Then Dad said it was time to go home. By the time I got home my face was itching. Mom and I began to pray and that night we called a practitioner. I put signs in my room like "God is Love." We kept praying and the itching stopped. I am very happy for this healing and Christian Science.

I would like to verify my son's testimony. He had been playing in the woods among vines, and by the time we got home his face was covered with a rash. This was very uncomfortable for him and disturbing for me.
Tommy showed strength and calm, and trusted God completely. We talked about the first chapter of Genesis, where God gave man dominion over all plants (see verses 28 and 29). This was the basis on which we argued that poison oak couldn't have power over Tommy. He was healed—a proof of his rightful freedom as a child of God. This is one of many healings he has had in Christian Science.
