Obeying the impulse of divine Love
We'll make ourselves and others happier as we learn to follow the guidance of our loving Father-Mother God.
Original in German
Do you find yourself trapped in a pattern in which you say and do unpleasant things over and over again, upsetting both yourself and others? You're not alone. But you can find direct assistance from God Himself in fulfilling the desire to live more in accordance with divine Love. It is, after all, our true nature to respond to His guidance.
God is Love, we learn from the Bible. The Love that is God must be infinite, universal. It is all-inclusive and ever available. The Bible also states that man is God's image and that man cannot be separated from God's love. Christian Science helps us understand the unity of God and man, Father and child— man as the immediate expression of divine Mind, as Mind's image, or idea. Man reflects the divine nature in every aspect of his being and consequently responds to the impulse of divine Love.
