I do not want to "withhold a tribute"
A hymn in the Christian Science Hymnal begins:
O, when we see God's mercy
Widespread in every place
And know how flows the fountain
Of His unbounded grace,
Can we withhold a tribute,
Forbear a psalm to raise,
Or leave unsung one blessing,
In this our hymn of praise?
I praise God for hearing my silent prayer and leading me to Christian Science. Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, says in the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, "Desire is prayer; and no loss can occur from trusting God with our desires, that they may be moulded and exalted before they take form in words and in deeds."
