Is it practical to rely on God for guidance?

Passers-By could not comprehend what they were seeing—the totally smashed front end of my small car, and me completely uninjured. The vehicle had collided with a bus.

A few moments earlier I had suddenly felt the need to pray—to affirm that my true identity is spiritual, to affirm my completeness as the child of God, perfect and safe.
