Christian healing reappearing

Christ Jesus was more than a great moral leader. He was more than merely one of a number of unselfish and godly people who prophesied a better life if people would just to manage to be somewhat nicer to one another. The Saviour, Christ Jesus, taught and demonstrated the truth that there is one absolute and omnipotent God.

His appearance and his mission were a fulfilling of centuries of Biblical prophecy promising a Messiah who would bring freedom to all who were enslaved, grieving, and suffering. When we read the New Testament, we can see that Christ Jesus wasn't teaching people to put up stoically with poverty, agonizing illnesses, and other difficulties; he wasn't giving them some vague hope that after death they might be free. Jesus showed that God, Truth, would make them free to live productive and satisfying lives right then. The effect was moral transformation—restoration—and physical healing.

God, divine Truth, is invariable. Absolute Truth is not "relative." Divine Truth can't change and become half true, half absolute, or "somewhat" powerful. Yet, to many people, God seems a rather vague concept not particularly relevant to everybody living. If God isn't very real to someone, and God's benevolence and omnipotence aren't understood, then spiritual healing isn't going to seem like a credible possibility.
