As a lifelong Christian Scientist, I'd like to express my gratitude for the Church of Christ, Scientist, and for the light that Christian Science sheds on the teachings of Christ Jesus. My family has been benefited in many ways through this Science.

One experience that illustrates the practicality of Science stands out to me. While studying for a certified public accountant examination, I was overwhelmed by the magnitude of the undertaking. The CPA exam has four parts and requires a great deal of study and preparation. One part was especially challenging for me. The examination itself lasts a little more than two full days, and people can sit for this exam over the course of several years, trying to pass all four parts.

During my preparation for the exam, I requested the help of a Christian Science practitioner. I explained my situation and emphasized that there was just too much for me to learn in the remaining three weeks before the exam. She responded by referring to the all-knowing divine Mind and assured me that in my true spiritual being as Mind's reflection, I knew all that I needed to know, for I derived my intelligence from the one Mind.
