Dear Reader
The other day a friend came in to show us something special. It was a piece of the Berlin Wall he'd received from someone who has been close to events there. Instinctively one wanted to hold that small chunk of concrete ... a special symbol of change ... and evidence that what recently seemed an immovable material barrier is crumbling into history.
Many people throughout the world feel fresh winds blowing. They share the hope expressed in someone's recent comment "The world is moving...."
In last week's Sentinel we began an exploration of some of the remarkable implications of spiritual awakening going on today. Our discussion dealt with what some call the "consciousness revolution"—a new willingness to consider the effect of thought in everything from physics to environment. This week we explore the theme more fully.
