Preludes
Long before the graying eastern sky
reveals the coming dawn,
the birds know;
In conference voices
spilling all their news
They tell us ... listening ...
to watch for lighter hues.
Long before the misted matter eyes
catch hints of what is true,
our hearts know;
With steady sureness
born of Life as ONE
Christ tells us ... waiting ...
that healing has begun.
