Gratitude for the many blessings Christian Science has brought...
Gratitude for the many blessings Christian Science has brought to our family impels me to share some of them as encouragement for others.
Some years ago, our older son began experiencing severe headaches and complaining that at times his vision was darkened and he was not able to see. A Christian Science practitioner was asked to do prayerful work for us. My husband, who is not a Christian Scientist, agreed to go with me to visit the practitioner. We left the practitioner's office with a conviction of God's unfailing care for our son.
During this time, my husband's job was quite demanding on him, and there seemed to be tension in the workplace as well as in the home. But having witnessed many healings in Christian Science, I was confident that healing in our home would proceed harmoniously.
