I have had blessing upon blessing from the study and practice...
I have had blessing upon blessing from the study and practice of Christian Science. My healings include those of kidney trouble, broken bones, athlete's foot, and heavy drinking and smoking.
During the three years I served a term as First Reader in my branch church, I was able to overcome fear of speaking in public. Also during that time severe headaches, which had recurred twice a month or more, gradually ceased.
I am especially grateful for a healing some years ago of what seemed to be an internal growth. The condition involved pain, hemorrhaging, and fainting. The problem persisted for some months. Although I was having prayerful help from a Christian Science practitioner, I realize now that I was not really cooperating with the practitioner. He was praying to see my true spiritual identity as the perfect image of God, while I was identifying myself as a suffering mortal and constantly examining myself for evidence of the growth.
