The law of God is truly the only law operating; it is the law of divine Principle. I have worked with this statement many times, but recently I saw its power convincingly in an experience that is proving to be a continuing support.
Late one evening, after a busy day of errands and attending an evening class, I discovered that my small carrying case of credit cards was not in my purse. Immediately the statement "God is All-in-all" flooded my consciousness. I felt comfortable and confident in the recognition that the integrity of Truth is actually manifested in everyone, because God's law is always operating. I could do nothing about reporting the loss to the stores at that hour, but I felt sure that God's law of good was in control.
The next morning I telephoned the stores. The same conviction remained with me that the cards would be returned through the ever-operating law of Principle. I went about my morning tasks, and at noon when the telephone rang I just knew that it was a good report about my cards. And it was! The case with all the cards had been turned in to the cashier of a very busy restaurant in a shopping mall where I had been the previous day.
