I am most grateful for Christian Science and for what it has...
I am most grateful for Christian Science and for what it has done for me. Until Science came into my life I had no understanding of the absolute goodness of God. I imagined God as far removed and vengeful, watching me suffer yet doing nothing to help me. I would like to relate some of the healings and blessings that our family has received since I gained a new understanding of God through Christian Science.
Shortly after I became interested in Science a frightening condition appeared on my forehead, a big lump and swelling that gave me a disturbing appearance. This condition would disappear only to reappear a few weeks later. I was overcome by fear, yet I was not ready to trust Christian Science, as I still knew very little about it.
The doctor I consulted was baffled by this condition. He had various tests done, only to find out that his theories were wrong. However, he gave me some medication to take. This I did, but with no positive results; the condition continued to reappear.
