I would like to say how very grateful I am for Christian Science

I would like to say how very grateful I am for Christian Science. Following its teachings is so rewarding.

Our family became interested in Christian Science when I was a boy, and I was encouraged to go to the Christian Science Sunday School. I resisted, however, and went only a few times. Later, when I went into the military, I did begin to study Christian Science because I had seen how the study of Science helped my mother. Throughout my four-year tour of duty I was free from physical ailments, and I credit this to my prayerful thinking and my increasing consciousness of Truth. After I left the service, I met a wonderful young woman who was also a Christian Scientist and who later became my wife.

An experience I had with my teeth was proof to me of God's great love for man. For several years I had had toothaches, but I had feared the dentist's chair and had merely put up with the pain. Yet I continued to grow in my understanding of Christian Science, and after having Christian Science class instruction I felt spiritually armed for battle when I again suffered an attack of this pain.
