I am infinitely grateful to God for the constant, boundless love which He daily bestows on us all. Through His angels— His spiritual thoughts—we can dissolve fear and every claim of limitation.

These verities were proved to me through the following experience that occurred some time ago. I had withdrawn a sum of money from the bank, and in order not to have to fold the large bills I had put them into a wallet where I also keep my bus pass. On the way home I used my pass. The bus was crowded—so it was not until I reached home and was going to put the money away that I realized the bills were missing, probably having fallen out of my wallet, when I'd pulled out my bus pass. In response to my inquiry with the bus company I was told the money hadn't been found.

Not surprisingly, fear right away tried to get hold of me. And other erroneous thoughts presented themselves: nobody would ever consider returning such a large amount of money; my name and address are unknown to the finder of the money; and so on. I was on the verge of despair and had to make a decided effort to calm down, when suddenly the words "There is no fear in love" (I John 4:18) flooded my consciousness. As I pondered this statement I became calmer and calmer, and then I felt assured that divine Love always supports us in solving any problem.
