So often I have turned to the testimonies of healing published in the Sentinel. They have served as both a support and an inspiration to me throughout my life. Several years ago I experienced a healing that I hope may inspire others.
One day my sister and I were preparing to venture out for a full day of shopping. While walking down the usual flight of stairs leading from our second-story apartment, I somehow slipped, and my leg went through a gap between the steps. My sister was walking ahead of me and quickly turned around only to find her clumsy sis caught between the stairs. We both laughed, for it was a funny sight, and it had all happened so fast.
As I started to bring my leg between the steps, I felt a sharp pain in my big toe. At first I didn't think it was serious, but when I looked at my foot all I could see was a lot of blood. My sister immediately covered my foot and said, "Let's go back inside."
