Ask Him for help

However desperate you may feel right now, you don't have to take your life.

Suicide won't begin your world over again or solve the feeling of being lost.

Hurting yourself can't bring love, or change anything—not your family, not yourself, not whatever it is that makes you feel desperate. The fact is, whether you believe it or not, you don't have the power to destroy your life. It isn't a personal force operating in a physical body. You actually live in God, not in your body. God is Life, is all the life you have. Not now or ever can you be separated from Life, or be any closer to God than you are now.
