My gratitude to God for Mary Baker Eddy, who established and founded Christian Science, is unbounded. We have experienced many wonderful healings in our family throughout the years.

About a year ago, our young son ran into the path of an oncoming car and was seriously injured. My husband went outside to get him, and I immediately called a local Christian Science practitioner. I was very upset, but her first words to me were, "His innocency has protected him." This helped me stop being fearful. But I also found that I had to combat many erroneous thoughts, such as the belief of broken bones.
