How to be set free
We may not be behind bars, but many of us know what it's like to be in prison. The prison may be a diseased body, an unhappy human relationship, an enslaving sin, or circumstances over which we believe we have no control. And some reading this may literally be in a brick and mortar prison for having committed a crime.
Whatever the situation, there is no prison that can contain the spiritual consciousness of anyone. There is always a way out, although at times the path may seem long and difficult. And it's always a freedom that's won from within, through the action of the ever-present, healing Christ, Truth.
Yes, regardless of what the outward circumstances may be, true freedom comes from within through spiritual regeneration—putting one's thinking and conduct on a moral and spiritual basis.
