God is responsible

God cares for and empowers those who serve Him. He is responsible. What a profound and helpful thought!

Mrs. Eddy writes: "God is responsible for the mission of those whom He has anointed. Those who know no will but His take His hand, and from the night He leads to light." Miscellaneous Writings, p. 347.

Everyone, everywhere, who is seeking to live a spiritually constructive life, to help others, and to be honest and loving in his affairs should recognize that he is anointed by God. Reflecting the qualities of God, good, we are serving Him and giving evidence of this divine anointing—in fact, evidence of our true selves.
