Years ago the Sentinel included a testimony of mine relating the healing of one of our children. Since that time Christian Science has continued to bless our family in countless ways. Diseases often linked with childhood have been quickly overcome, school and college difficulties solved, relationship problems have been resolved, and financial needs have always been met.

My husband and I have been active in branch church work. Class instruction and the yearly association meeting have strengthened my love for Christian Science and enhanced my appreciation of Mrs. Eddy.

One of my most impressive healings occurred over two years ago and took about a month to complete. My arm burned with pain and felt severely twisted. Other physical difficulties appeared, and I slept little at night. But each day I was able to carry on necessary household duties. I had the prayer of a Christian Science practitioner and the strong support of my husband, plus my own daily, sometimes hourly, metaphysical efforts to conquer the aggressive symptoms of disease. Almost every day I phoned the practitioner, who lived over half a continent away. His response was always spiritually uplifting, for he refused to be impressed by evidences of discord—old or new.
