You can heal yourself
The time to start practicing Christian Science is now. Mortal mind continually suggests postponement. But we can echo Paul and say, "Behold, now is the day of salvation." II Cor. 6:2; Now is the time to heal! Begin with yourself. Accept each opportunity to heal as God-given, God-directed, and God-maintained.
Prayerful treatment is individual and specific to meet the specific need. There is no formula. You should approach healing yourself or others as though the treatment were the first and also the final. Then your prayers will be more inspired, complete. After exhorting the early Christians to sureness in their calling, Peter writes, "Wherefore I will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though ye know them, and be established in the present truth." II Pet. 1:12;
