I am grateful to have had Christian Science class instruction at an early age, and for service in a branch church. This has contributed greatly to my spiritual growth.
One summer, as I prepared to attend my Christian Science Students Association meeting out-of-state, I could hardly put my clothes on. My body was completely covered with ivy poisoning. At the meeting, as I listened to the inspiring message, I completely forgot about my body. It was not until I undressed that night that I realized all evidence of ivy poisoning had disappeared.
When my father passed on suddenly, both my sister and I were instantaneously healed of grief. A Christian Science practitioner prayed for us, and in a short time we felt completely free of loss.
