Christ Jesus
The blind, the deaf, the dumb, the lame, the sinners,
and the sick,
He healed them instantaneously.
How? How?
He was not blind; single-mindedly he focused on the good.
He was not deaf; trustingly his ear stayed tuned to Mind.
He was not dumb; courageously he voiced the words of Truth.
He was not lame; unhaltingly he moved apace with Life.
He drew on wells of strength—his Father's—to overpower sin.
And with conviction of his Father's love consented not to sickness nor to death.
In his own thought he had healed them all—
before they came.
