"Love's economy is the absolute ... reality"
The foundation of economic well-being
As we read of fighting and threats of war, of hunger and poverty and energy shortages, it is useful to remind ourselves of a simple, basic, spiritual fact: In truth, we all have a common creator—God.
It appears that we are a race of quarreling mortals, scrambling and scrapping for scarce material resources. But the spiritual fact is that we are all children of one infinite God and that each of us is the spiritual reflection of God's overflowing goodness.
We can demonstrate this spiritual fact as we realize it through prayer—and live it. As we do, we are helping to usher in more abundant good for ourselves and for all mankind.
