On the winning side
Have you ever taken part in a game of tug of war and been on the winning side? The moment came when you realized that overwhelming strength was on your side, and the game was over.
The overcoming of a belief in sickness or any inharmonious condition may seem like a tug of war. But Christian Science assures us of being on the winning side. Through Science we feel the strength and power of divine Truth on our side, and inharmony gives way to the realization that we are whole and free.
Obstacles of discord can be seen for what they really are—only suggestions of mortal mind, the bogus consciousness of life in matter. Knowing they are only suggestions, we can turn to divine Mind, the only Mind and source of strength.
