Love is being Love—NOW
The Actuality of God
Throughout the world there are people seeking to experience God's loving presence. Isn't this the deepest yearning of most people —to feel the touch of the divine in their lives?
Christian Science is helping many to find God. How? One way is through its inspired interpretation of God. This Science does not describe God simply as God, but thoughtfully employs seven synonymous terms to communicate His essential nature: Spirit, Mind, Soul, Principle, Life, Love, Truth. It refers to God as Mother as well as Father. It recognizes God as the one I am, the only Ego.
The beneficial effect of actively proclaiming the essence of God in these, and in many other ways as well, might be likened to the passing of white light through a prism. A prism does not modify the nature of the light; but it enhances and makes that light more vivid by separating and displaying all the colors inherent in it. With a prism we see so much more than we could ever see without it.
