Natural Rather than Artificial Stimulus
God is infinite, ever present, ever active. He creates and sustains His entire universe—the only universe there is. Because God is Spirit, His universe is wholly spiritual. Because God is the only cause, there can be no effect except that which emanates from perfection. Man is the manifestation of God. He is spiritual because he represents God's nature. He illustrates God's perfection.
God, Life, is the truly natural, the only real generating power for man's existence. Life stirs man to perpetual reality. Love motivates goodness. Mind impels activity. Man's entire nature is spiritually enlivened and animated by no less than the presence and power of God.
Matter is lifeless. It is inert. It is dead mortal belief. The effort of mortals to stimulate materiality, to arouse it, to excite it, to prod it, will never truly bring it to life.
