You Can Depend on Principle
In extolling the virtues of a certain product the TV announcer glibly declared that you could depend on the product made by a certain company. The somewhat dubious claim turned my thinking to Principle, a word used in Christian Science as a synonym for God. I thought to myself, "You can always depend on Principle!"
Whatever the difficulty, it is important for us to realize there is always something to turn to when in trouble, when confused, when we feel that the foundation is slipping out from under us. Omnipotent, all-good divine Principle is available to all, all the time.
Understanding and proving God as Principle, we increasingly see Him as unchanging, constant, just, firm, exact. We see God as pure, perfect, always truthful Truth. We recognize His infinite strength, and we trustingly put all our affairs under His harmonious government.
