I am one of the fortunate ones brought up in Christian Science
I am one of the fortunate ones brought up in Christian Science. Regular attendance at the Sunday School meant, and still means, a great deal to me. I had many childhood healings and never missed a day at school.
In March, two years ago, I needed to get away from my work as a Christian Science nurse and use the time for rest and study. I had not been sleeping well, and tears were hard to hold back.
I went to a small town on the coast of Maine and contacted a Christian Science practitioner, who was ready and eager to help. Together with a dictionary, Concordances, and our precious books, the Bible, and Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, we worked and studied.
