AN ADVENTURE IN LOVING
We love doing things together, my mother and I. And one of the most fun things is to be active in Camp Fire Girls. My mother's a leader, and I'm a member of the group. We have many nice girls in our group, and we are all good friends.
One day we found that a new girl was going to join our group. She had just moved into our town and had heard about the good times we had. We really looked forward to welcoming her.
But she wasn't at all what we had hoped for. Sally just didn't fit in. In fact, it seemed as if she was ruining the good times for all the rest of us. She was loud, and not at all a good sport. She seemed to want to be the center of attention. It was so unpleasant that we all knew that if we were going to have a good year in Camp Fire Girls, this couldn't go on.
