I have had many proofs of God's loving care throughout the years. When we turn to God, the great Physician, our needs are always met.

The following statements from Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy were demonstrated in two healing experiences of our daughter: "To those leaning on the sustaining infinite, to-day is big with blessings" (p. vii) and "Only through radical reliance on Truth can scientific healing power be realized" (p. 167).

When our daughter was eight years old, she was healed very quickly of injuries when she was hit by an automobile. Someone witnessing the accident and knowing who she was carried her to the nearby hospital and promptly notified us of the accident. My fear was great, but I called a Christian Science practitioner whose work had been beautifully effective two years earlier when the same child was ill. She quite calmly assured me that all was well with the child. The immediate support of the practitioner allayed my fears, and my husband and I went to the hospital.
