For Justice and Peace
Does it do any good for someone on one side of the world to pray for justice and peace on the other side?
Christian Science demonstrates the power of prayer to reach the receptive thought regardless of the distance between the one who prays and the one who is to benefit from the prayer. When Christ Jesus healed the centurion's servant, he proved this spaceless quality of whatever invokes the power of God. Jesus said to the centurion, "Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee." Matt. 8:13; And the Bible records that the healing took place then and there, although the servant was some distance away.
