"To those leaning on the sustaining infinite, to-day is big with blessings" (Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, Pref., p. vii). Every day has been big with blessings since I was introduced to Christian Science many years ago. This religion gave me a new and workable knowledge of God that awakened my thought to God's infinite supply.

The Depression years gave me opportunity to prove through God the nothingness of lack. Lessons learned at this early period of my study proved invaluable in later years when, although I was past the age when one begins a career, I entered the business world. Advancement came so rapidly that it seemed I stood on the sidelines and watched God work. The growth in understanding was accompanied by trials and tribulations, but each experience was necessary, and I treasured each for its lessons of patience and for the way it replaced some of the selfish tendencies of mortal mind with a more spiritual understanding of identity.

Physical healings have been many. Bursitis, headaches, broken bones, skin infections, colds, and high blood pressure were destroyed by the application of the truth. However, my greatest gratitude is for the healing of a nervous breakdown. This condition, accompanied by insomnia and fear of food, persisted for a period of three months.
