Students of Christian Science have found that membership in The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, has greatly enriched their lives. You are warmly invited to apply for membership at any time.

Applications are acted on twice each year—once in June (applications due by May 1) and once in November (applications due by October 1).

You may obtain an application form from any Christian Science Reading Room, branch church or society, or from a Christian Science practitioner (listed in The Christian Science Journal).
