For a long time I have wished to write a testimony, but I have never been able to do so. Fear of inadequacy has made me tear up whatever I have written.
Now, having read in the Lesson-Sermon in the Christian Science Quarterly the citation "The Lord ... will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed" (Deut. 31:8) I know nothing can prevent me from giving thanks to God and for Mrs. Eddy for her wonderful books.
One morning when I was bending down to pick up something, my little dog jumped up at the same time. Our heads collided so violently that I was dazed by the blow and felt for a moment that I would lose consciousness. The dog was still wagging her tail.
