Characters in God's Story
Christian Science brings people the recognition that God is the only author of man. The progressive understanding of this fact begins to solve for them the enigma of mortal existence. For those searching for their true identity, it clarifies the origin, or source, of their being.
When an author starts working on a story, he has the undisputed privilege of creating his own characters. They begin in his thinking as his ideas, and he can plan the way he wants them to appear and behave. Somewhat as an author peoples his story with the creations of his thinking, God, Mind, peoples the real, spiritual universe with His own spiritual ideas.
