I Love the Bible Now
In these times of stress and turmoil, situations arise to test one's faith and understanding. People grope in the dark and long for a way of escape. Yet the way is at hand. It is found in the inspired Word of the Bible.
The preface of the 1611 edition of the King James Version of the Bible says, "Translation it is that openeth the window, to let in the light; that breaketh the shell, that we may eat the kernel; that putteth aside the curtaine that we may looke into the most Holy place."
The light that pours in through the open window of the Bible is the light of the Christ, Truth, which gleams through the Old Testament, is revealed in the New, and is now clarified by Christian Science, repeating the ancient works of healing.
