These past fifty-two years of my study in Christian Science have given me much joy, and through these harvest years I have learned why Mrs. Eddy has given us this statement: "Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need" (Science and Health, p. 494).

After fourscore years' beautiful experience I am eager to tell you how much Christian Science has always meant, and continues to mean, to me. I have had so many healings through an understanding of God's love that it would be quite impossible for me to list them all.

It is a joy to me that both my sight and hearing are keen and serve me well. I am also grateful that I have my own teeth. In 1932, I fell down some stairs and hurt my foot so that I could not walk with shoes on. It was time for a Wednesday evening testimony meeting, so I asked the girl who was working for me to help me go to church. I went without shoes; I was free, and had no more pain. The healing came.
