Infinite Sight

We look through a microscope or a telescope and see with clarity wonders we didn't know existed. Doesn't this spark questions about whether we are growing in ability to see in the way God means us to see, and whether we are perceiving, or understanding, more and more of His infinite variety of flawless, spiritual forms manifesting color, design, and animation in their true substance?

Restricted vision needs to be enlarged by an understanding of the infinity and perfection both of true sight and all that can really be seen. Sight is a faculty of divine Mind, Soul, and is, therefore, boundless and eternal. In reality, it is a mental perceiving, perfect and indestructible. And what does infinite sight behold? All that is contained in God's limitless and colorful creation, His symmetrically conceived spiritual universe and man.

God is characterized as "all–seeing" in the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health, where Mrs, Eddy writes: "GOD. The great I AM; the all–knowing, all–seeing, all–acting, all–wise, all–loving, and eternal; Principle; Mind; Soul; Spirit; Life; Truth; Love; all substance; intelligence."Science and Health, p. 587;
