I was raised in Christian Science and am a third-generation student of this healing truth. But I did not really discover what I had in this wonderful religion until I had a physical breakdown about twenty-one years ago. The problem was never diagnosed. I am grateful for the experience because it awakened me to what I had been blessed with all these years, and what Christian Science healing really is.

Many steps in my further growth were rapidly taken. For the first time I sought help from a Christian Science practitioner. The healing was slow but complete and permanent.

Because of my husband's work we had moved many times. Although I had been a member of The Mother Church since college days, I had never joined a branch church. Then I knew that I must be a part of, and work for, the Cause of Christian Science, no matter how many times I had to change my branch membership. I soon had class instruction from a consecrated teacher, and this teaching has enlarged my grasp on Christian Science and understanding has further unfolded year from the annual association meeting.
