"Ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with...
"Ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart." This promise given by God, found in Jeremiah (29:13), has kindled in me an earnest desire to know God better and express more of the divine nature in my everyday life.
After World War II, I was inspired to come to this country, having experienced many hardships in a war-torn land. I had always enjoyed reading works of a religious nature, and though it wasn't customary to read the Bible daily in the Eastern Orthodox Church, I knew and treasured many psalms and Bible stories. The true understanding of the Bible, however, came only after Christian Science was introduced to me and I had devoted consecrated daily study to the Bible Lesson in the Christian Science Quarterly.
