For Peter, it was great to be back at camp, greeting old friends and meeting new ones. He loved working outdoors under sky and trees, the sweet smell of lake and woods filling the air.
When recreation hour came, Peter watched everyone dash down to the lake to be the first one in. Then he hurried toward the boathouse, where a couple of his friends joined him.
He was surprised when Jack said, "Why don't we go take a look at the place where you lost your ring last summer, Pete?"
