RADIO PROGRAM NO. 425 - What Environment Do You Live In?

Witham: Many of us are becoming increasingly concerned about the effect that a harmful environment can have on people, not to mention animals and plant life. There's a growing concern about individual health and well-being. Some progress is being made in cleaning up smog and pollution, but many are afraid that it may be too little or too late as far as their own well-being is concerned. They feel that because of health problems they are victimized by an unfriendly environment.
Rathbun: All of us appreciate clean air and wholesome living conditions. We want to support the efforts being made to deal effectively with pollution.

Nobody likes to live in fear. It has helped many in such circumstances to consider two questions: Is man the passive victim of his environment or the master? and
