I would like to express my deep gratitude for two healings of sprains. A few years ago my group of Camp Fire Girls was taking a three-day trip. When we arrived, in my excitement to get into the house where we were to stay, I tripped over a step. One of the leaders present had been a medical nurse. She told me that my toe was sprained and that I would probably have to sit around and watch for the rest of the trip.

This prediction didn't sound like much fun, so I asked my mother, who was also along, if she would help me through prayer. I repeated a statement that I'd learned recently from the textbook of Christian Science, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy (p. 424):

"Accidents are unknown to God, or immortal Mind, and we must leave the mortal basis of belief and unite with the one Mind, in order to change the notion of chance to the proper sense of God's unerring direction and thus bring out harmony.
